The independent assessment of compliance to the IQ Verify Learning Provider scheme is conducted via the following approach:
Client Application
IQ Verify will work closely with you to determine your audit and certification requirements.
Desk Top Review
Risk assessment, review of policies and procedures, personnel competency, agreements and guarantees.
Initial Onsite Audit
Evaluates whether the service provided by your organisation meets the requirements of the Learning Provider Scheme and sector specific requirements.
Certification
You will be issued with a certificate valid for 3 years subject to successful annual surveillance audits.
Annual Surveillance Audit
Onsite audit to review all elements of compliance to the Learning Provider Scheme sector specific requirements.
Re-Certification Audit
Onsite audit resulting in a new certificate issued every three years subject to successful audit.
